All rooms will share a living room and kitchen. There is in-house washer and dryer. Three are three parking spaces in front of the house available for all three tenants

Only light cooking allowed with the use of microwave and toaster oven. No cooking on the stove and oven is allowed.

Internet and all utilities, water and electricity are included. Air conditioning is fully on 24/7.
