The foyer opens to the living room with its wood burning fireplace and views to the pool, covered lanai and overlooks the land. There is a spacious dining room, plant shelves, and wood laminate flooring thru all the main living areas. The kitchen is open to the family room and has newly replaced stove and fridge (2010) and dishwasher (2009). The washer and dryer were replaced in 2008 and the entire A/C system was replaced in 2005. There is also a new pressure tank for the well. The screened pool features an automatic pool sweep. The good sized master suite features two walk in closets, a large bath with soaking tub and separate shower and double sinks. There is a security system (altho they never feel the need for it!). There is also a satellite dish for direct TV.

    "School bus stops right in front of Seaberg rd and Judee rd ..kids ride there bikes in the area and people ride there motorcycles around also.. the only thing it’s the dirt roads when people drive through it lifts the dirt up as a heavy clouds an it goes on your property and your cars and when it rains the pot holes get bigger but other wise I love it neighbors are friendly and very respectful.. other than that it’s beautiful here Love it!!"

Sometimes they are friendly, and others are quirky and cautious!! The younger people are struggling with low pay jobs. and often looked down upon.
