Female Only, Private Furnished 1 Bedroom in newer townhouse right at the entrance of Mission Trails on the western edge of Santee bordering San Carlos. Bathroom is not attached but private. The town house is a little over a mile to the 52 freeway, about 2.5 miles to Costco, Target, Walgreens, Vons, Sprouts, 24 hour fitness, Chuze Fitness, Best Buy, Kohl's, Home Depot, and a ton of restaurants on Mission Gorge to include In N Out, Chick Fillet, Phil's BBQ, and tons more. The home sits right at the entrance of Mission Trails, so if you are a fan of Mission Trails, it's right at your door step here. The rent fee includes ALL utilities, including internet, water, electricity, trash ETC. Only street parking is provided, but there are plenty of spaces. Everything you need is already here, you just need to bring yourself and whatever personal items. You will share the home with a Chinese female, her 2 pugs, and her American husband is there about 1/2 of the time. Non Smokers only.
