About this House

My house is in the style of a Dutch Colonial. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. There's three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There has been several improvements made to my house over time. A new roof in 2019. The bathroom on the main floor has been remodeled. Energy efficient windows on both floors. The front door, storm door and back door have been replaced. A patio door was installed in the dining room. My house has the original hardwood floors. The house has been painted inside. The outside of my house house has aluminum siding, and has been painted. The sewer pipe, and water lines in the house have been replaced. In the basement you have a sump pump. A new heating system and water heater was installed in 2010. There has been other improvements made to my house.

"A bunch of old people telling them to get out of their yard. And there aren’t enough sidewalks. Going down Rock Creek Road people are always flying so a dog could possibly get hit. "

"Many dog owners walk their dogs in the mornings and evenings. There is a large grassy area by a church where the dogs can run. Most are good to pick up after the dogs."
