Nice big custom closet, Western Heritage sink, professionally done shower, poke your head into the laundry room which is really nothing special but has a door out to the back yard. Back to the living room and down the steps to the lower floor, often used as an in-law suite since there are 2 outside private doors. A quiet bedroom with a view of the Old High School, then a huge room with a big closet, then the cutest full bath you ever laid eyes on, possibly using parts of the original miner's shack plus another Western Heritage sink. Out of the bathroom, please, back into the huge room. What the heck are you going to do with this room? Have fun deciding! I'm calling it a bedroom, and it could very easily be a home theatre, or exercise room (which it is currently) or meditation room, or a wine cellar because it's mostly underground, whatever your heart desires, my pretty! Go past the inside mechanical room to an outside covered patio, then to the lower deck and then to the lanai. "But wait!" you ask. "The listing says that this home sits on point-one of an acre. This is WAY more than that!" Good eye, my friend. There's an almost full acre extra surrounding the home, leased from Verde Exploration for $1200 a year. It's a sweet deal, and very common in Jerome to lease our yards from Verde X. A new buyer will need to renew the lease with Verde X. Recently surveyed, with a deeded driveway easement to the house from Gulch Road. What else do you need to know? 2 rescue greyhounds and 4 or 5 rescue cats live here, so if you're allergic please pass. The upper deck was just recently professionally replaced with TimberTech decking. October 2022 inspection report attached in "Documents." It is awesome, and shows how well-maintained this lovely home is. NO HOA!
County shows square footage as 1950, appraisal shows 2066. I'm guessing that County missed the exercise room because it's not visible from the road or by satellite.
