7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a sophomore here which makes me part of the class of 2027. I have a lot of problems with this school. As much as I love the teachers here there is too much stuff that sucks. First every single day the bathrooms are getting closed because people are vaping. Second according to one of my teachers last year the class of 2027 had one of the worst freshman percentage of passing all of their classes with a 68 percent normally it is an 87 percent. I saw in my 6th period that people were rude and lazy. Also when we had our class meeting the administrators did not even talk about our grades from last year. I do not think the administrators care about us passing I think they just gave upon us. The only reason I am still here is because I want to stay with my friends. I would not recommend coming here.Student Review1y ago11 Reviews - Chase Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIm shoked by some of the reviews here on kids with disabilities. My child has an IEP and i feel like the school has worked very hard to support my child. And we have had challenges along the way, some on my sons behalf and some on a teachers behalf, but when ive reachout to staff or the principle, ive felt heard and supposed. In comparison to another south hill elementary school, mp is amazing and the staff care about these kids. And it may be true that there is always going to be that one staff member you wish was not there, but as parents, we have to advocate for our kids and sometimes its tough, but if you have a kid with a disability you have to be proactive. And mp is proactive too, multiple times they have suggested additional resources for my child and my childs grown so much with the support from mrs. Powers and so many kind teachers. The comments about the office staff on here, also surprised me. They have been nothing but kind to me and my family. I think you get what you give. If you are a kind and workable parent, you will receive that from all staff at the achool. If you have a child with special needs and are an active parent willingly lto find a solution, then the school will work with you.Parent Review6mo ago12 Reviews - Check out schools near 7515 E 44th Ave.

"It’s good for dogs in general. Lots of dog bags and good places for dogs to play in the park and walking on trails"

"Lovely neighborhood that feels like you’re out of town but you’re really just minutes from downtown. On the river with deer, moose, turkeys, eagles, and ospreys. "

"Not many buses around my area on the south hill, I wish we had those transit trains like they do in Portland, where you can hop on them anywhere"

"My neighborhood has great access to public transit, and is only 7 min from downtown. It’s walkable and has a wonderful variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within a short distance. "

"People do walk their dogs in the neighborhood, but there isn’t a great off-leash dog park. There is one not far, but it is very small compared to the one they took out to build a school. All other parks are on-leash. "

"If you're talking about greenstone properties development, I'm been here 8 years. It's got crowded people that don't live here come Here Is the problem for me? And I don't really like the idea. Without gating community, it is caused a problem for me. I can't hardly walk my dog sometimes. There might be 4 people walking I'd like to see the area gated with a key. So the only access to this place would be the people that live here. It's gotten polluted, people are breaking the fence. They're breaking the The bench a The shooting area and also other areas. They have broken, then I can't even tell you. So open gated HOA is no no"

"There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

"Great neighborhood with amenities like parks, groceries and speciality stores. Convenient to get downtown via Southeast Blvd. Easy to get to the I-90 freeway to get to the Valley, Airway Heights, and area near the freeway. Not as cozy a neighborhood as the west side of the South Hill. More commercial but you get the conveniences."
