Beautiful, all brick home in great neighborhood of Forest Ridge with awesome family environment: Forest Ridge parks, pool (not a private pool, but has public pool with membership) tennis, PGA golf course, trails, lakes and fishing. The home is excellent with good utility rates, granite, wood floors and tile thru the house. Gas fireplace in kitchen and family room and nice office and dining room. Very nice king bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Laundry has gas or electric for dryer.
Nice office, or can be used as 4th bedroom...
Close to new elementary and middle schools, which are rated very high in academic levels for students. Three car garage and alarm system and beautiful surroundings.
We lived here for 8 years and very much enjoyed every detail and great neighborhood!!
