Very spacious 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bath townhouse in beautiful Las Gaviotas community. Great schools: Grassfield High Great bridge middle & Cedar Road Elementary and great neighborhood. Brand new windows and roof tiled front porch back patio and bathrooms. Vaulted ceiling in master bedroom with lot of storage space with pull down attic and closets. Close to the community college and shopping center. This house is located on the end of the court great for the kids to play outside with very limited traffic. Small Pet is ok. Won't last long a must see!!
