  • Madeleine V. A.
"It’s awesome. Great for kids and parents alike. Quiet but still rarely young! Great for kids at the park and on walks."
  • Bill
"Great schools and safe community. Excellent community facilities and activities. Living in Elmhurst is like living in a Norman Rockwell painting."
  • Shannon S.
"Elmhurst is conveniently located within all a few miles of all major roadways, so it’s very accessible from Chicago and all neighboring states. I frequently travel to Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, and southern Illinois from Elmhurst and never have to travel more than 1.5 hours!"
  • Tt.mezamedina

  • Jamescoble35
"Every thing I grew up here in the 70’/80’. This town has always been this way, and to be 100% honest it has gotten better. I moved to Rockford in 2000, and back to Elmhurst in 2019. I missed the peace, and absolutely Love this town... my home town!!!!!"
  • Kdmurphy7
"Respnsible, happy dog owners all around. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dog off leash in this neighborhood. I’ve never seen one dog go after another dog. I’ve never heard dogfighting. Most of the dogs in this neighborhood are small. I think there might be one beagle, a few mixed breeds about that size and some little tiny dogs. The owner of a dangerous dog, and his dog, would not be welcome here."
  • Jasmine R. P.
"People are always walking their dogs. Dogs are always on leashes. However, there are unfortunately no dog parks."
  • Nicholas H.
"I have lived in elmhurst for about 3 years I love it it’s dosage and always protected with very nice people."
