    "This area maybe used to be great but it's gotten pretty crazy lately! My parents live on this street and there's people running through the yards and robbers hoppin' walls and running through fields quite often now! Not to mention all the riff-raf at the trailer park across the street, there's always something going on over there. Don't know who bumped their head and decided to rate rancho so highly in safety. Oh yes, and let's not forget the periodic tagging of innocent people's houses within this track or the school as well."
