"Great access to public transportation there’s a park in walking distance a dog park a pond a few different schools shopping centers and grocery stores all walking distance. There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

All neighbors get well and contribute to the security of this place. Buildings are well preserved and painted, roofs are new. Well cleaned and everything is close enough- within few miles. "

"I’m retired, I do not commute to work, but I do regularly go to WalsinghamPark for the doggie park and to Largo Intercoastal Marina to go boating. Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"

"People including myself are always walking their dogs. There are dog parks and everything is walkable which makes it great. The down side is that it is a busy area so you much keep your doggie on a leash, but expected in a populated area."
