4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall we've had a good experience with this school. The teachers are amazing and there are a lot of opportunities for community building here. The main issue is that some of the parents need to parent their children better. Also there is a huge learning disparity across the board in the classroom ... I know this comes from ESL and children not being read to, etc ... so the challenge is always laid upon the teacher to teach to those who are so far behind while also trying to keep the higher achievers busy so they don't become bored and/or not learning what they need to learn.Parent Review6y ago12 Reviews - Shades Valley High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHas the Best Principal and is coming back after five years Coming back up to where it was back in the past. This new Principal they've had the last five years is doing an awesome job improving. This campus is home to 13 Academies, the International Baccalaureate School and the High School. It has expanded so much.Parent Review7y ago3 Reviews - Irondale Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI do not recommend you children attending this school because kids get bullied and the principle dose nothing kids get calledF slurs for being part of the LGBTQ and when they stand up for their self they get in trouble. the principle also lies on students toothers but the teachers are nice. one kid stabbed another and got in trouble for a couple weeks this is not a good school over all.Parent Review4y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 750 Pineview Rd.

"There are decent sized yards for dogs. The homes are also large enough for a dog. If you're not very fit - there are LOTS OF STEEP HILLS that would make it difficult to walk your dog."

"This is a safe area to live in. The schools are modern and highly rated! There are many subdivisions and diverse areas to live and choose from. The lack of apartment living is a plus to keep this city a home owner low transit community. "
