Most everyone walks on leash with a few (well behaved) exceptions. A large majority of people do pick up after their dogs."
  • Laura W.

  • Danielle
"Baseball, birthdays, dog parks, parades, and many more! Love the Christmas and 4th July parades. The Sun City community also plays a huge part in our beautiful landscaping and thriving community feel. We have lots of support here with people of all ages supporting new businesses and fundraising activities and restaurants are all packed! I love the fact that we have multiple dog groomers and parks for the fur family members. As well we have a beautiful brand new library. A new high school is opening in 2020. We have goats that keep our open land shaved down. Gives a nice country feel to the area."
  • Lisa D.
"Neighbors leave you alone mostly. Quiet , close to freeways to get to mountains or to ocean. Mostly an affluent neighborhood. "
  • Jillian V.
"The parades held on the 4th of July and during the Christmas season are fantastic. I was born and raised in Lincoln and have attended those parades every year. The fireworks at McBean park on the 4th are the beat I’ve ever seen anywhere. "
