Do yourself a favor and research this area before you buy. Always having water issues. High in contaniments. I tested our tap water. It has lead and high flouride levels. Buyer beware."

    "I have worked and lived here since July 2007 the people are very nice and quite and clean and take pride in their homes and town homes/duplexes and apartments. It is growing all the time and more nice homes are being built. The water is good. The schools are great and parents are proud to be involved. It is a great area and great place to call home. Crime is very low because it is Williamson county and they don't up with crime here. Georgetown is 8 to 10 minutes from here and the toll road 130 will get you anywhere pretty quickly. The rents are very reasonable and you get a lot of space for your money. It is a nice place to call home! "
