"It's horrible too many people doing drugs, prostitutes, not safe at all😔😒 Streets are full of garbage and people are urinating everywhere no public bathrooms. It smells bad every corner you walk to."
  • Trulia User
"There are many schools and parks this area. There are lots of families and everyone is friendly. many stores nearby "
  • Trulia User
"We have the farmers market. I love this neighbourhood. People take care of their houses, and the dexter park is a treat! "
  • Trulia User
"There is no gated dog park. Some People let their dogs off leash in Dexter park, but that’s strictly against the rules and I’ve seen plenty of unruly, borderline aggressive dogs in the park that way."
  • Trulia User
"I enjoy my neighborhood going on walks talking to neighbors eating in local restaurants just living in the neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"Okay neighborhood. Lots of rats, loud music often and there is dog poop and trash everywhere. It’s gentrifying and there are cute shops and activities, but car break ins are still an issue and it’s not always the most peaceful place to live. "
  • Muriel B.
"Like: a lot of land, other dogs in the neighborhood Dislike: just like any place, there are sidewalks/parks with trash/glass. "
  • Alondracardoza84
"A lot of broken glass your dog could get hurt but some areas are okay for pet walking and has a park near by the armory "
  • Samueljconnolly
"Dogs are welcomed in this area, unfortunately on some streets there are remnants of glass here and there. But generally very pet friendly. There’s also a great dog park on hope street. "
  • Christopher D.
"Kids parks are most needed around the neighborhood and Youth clubs center! Houses are very close to each other, I’m scared living here with my kids "
  • Nichole G.

"It's a very warm friendly active community of people who know each other and look out for each other. Absolutely the best place I've ever lived"
  • Sarah C.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and absolutely adore it! Places like Sin, Julian's, and the Grange are just a hop, skip, and a jump away, and neighbors are friendly and consistent. The neighborhood is experiencing intense gentrification, but pockets of diversity remain. Love Dexter Park and the friendly families."
