Welcome to this dream Condo quality home. An owners one bedroom garden duplex with landscaped garden and patio. This special custom home is filled with treats .

A finished Rec-Room was owner inspired. Closet space and storage abound! What a layout; designed for maximum comfort. Let's circle to the beginning. Your entrance is private. Enter on a private garden level and into this " beautiful FOYER " with extra storage space tucked below the staircase. You'll find a gracious main bedroom off to the right of the foyer and then into the living space just beyond a half bath . You are now peering into this stunning combined living /kitchen space. A delightful entertaining space indeed with good ceiling height.

Love the soft contemporary ceiling lighting . Remember the entire 2 floors were gutted by the owner and made to order. Please note that while contemporary the feeling I get is a very warm look not cold as in a hi rise building ( enjoy the exposed brick ). The living space has windows looking out to the patio.

Lots of applause for this DREAM kitchen; no disappointments. You are hardly deprived of counter space and places to put stuff. I like the custom sink, spice rack, high quality stainless steel appliances (dishwasher/big refrigerator with freezer + microwave ) and just about everything this kitchen is about. Another striking perk you might not immediately notice are the quality yellow pine doors thru-out the apartment ; add the custom oak floors with wood trim that were done with perfection. The woodwork in general rates max stars, you will love it. As mentioned above under highlights you may have noticed the 1.5 bathrooms so guests have their own quarters. The main bathroom in-suite has the must built-ins for all your accessories !

The main large windowed bedroom is so generous. An extra-large walk-in closet caught my eye; it's approximately 7.4 feet by 5.25 feet so absolutely works as a home office ! This duplex has a load of ways to make it work for you ! In addition to that huge walk-in closet space the main bedroom has additionally another large closet ! Be creative.

The GARDEN ! What a lovely way to end your day in the evening or have a great BBQ on the weekend. Plant and relax. Do yoga or play paddle games.

I mentioned the mud or utility room that adjoins the kitchen ; another nice perk .

This is a spectacular home. Warren street is my favorite Columbia Waterfront street as its north and with less traffic. A wonderful park is virtually around the corner with tennis courts . The apt is a short distance to the BERGEN Street (F train and easy transfer to the A ). Many even enjoy the relatively short distance to Boro hall (# trains 2/3/4/5 and R). Brooklyn heights is also a very short distance ( 5 blocks) with lots of dining options and specialty food stores . Unfortunately the Columbia Waterfront District is no longer much of a secret but it still feels less congested with its bicycle and running paths.

Let's recap some perks: Central air, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer in unit , tremendous private garden with patio.

The owner chefs kitchen with that special cooking island ; will get you hooked quickly if kitchen is a priority . Yep that Rec-room is also amazing as is a beautiful primary bedroom .

The renter pays additionally the heat and hot water. One pet O/A. Must be trained and friendly .

It is super close to Manhattan (F-train is cool and taxi rides reasonable) and it feels like a little oasis in the world's best city. With the Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Greenway initiative on the way this will be even better. Red Hook it is cool and will be even greater in the years to come. In our opinion here is where you have it all."
