This is a fully furnished 2 story townhome in a Morrow Green, a nice townhome community off 183 and Bedford Rd in Bedford. 1 bed/bath down and 1 bed/ bath upstairs. Small backyard with dog door (if you like, insert can be removed) access. Newly remodeled kitchen and upstairs bathroom. This is a short term lease for a fully furnished home.
Downstairs bedroom has a queen comfortable futon. Living room couch can also be used as another queen bed. Upstairs bedroom provides lots of privacy. All bills paid!! Garage is available for one car and there is a visitor parking next to the house and street parking. Super area and within walking distance to the pond and walking trail around at the YMCA at Bedford Boys Ranch. Lots of shopping nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. HOA has a pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Come and spend the summer in Morrow Green!

Please no smoking in the house or dogs upstairs.

All bills paid. Garage will be available and there is a parking pad next to the house and street parking.

House is available until end of April 2026.

Exterior lawn care is done by the HOA so there is nothing for the tenants to do there. Just relax and enjoy my home.

    "Normal commute, 2020 had this topic pretty smooth for now. Bedford is near 121 highway 360 and 183 is a very centric place to be, close to lots of stores and places commute is normal and you always will have another route to take. "
