This a great neighborhood for single people, families, older or younger people to live in! It is quiet, safe, and convenient. CART bus line service is nearby. There is a shopping plaza around the corner which includes restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, etc. It is easy walking distance to downtown and is also very close to the deactivated Air Force base which provides a nice place to relax and exercise yourself and your pets. You can jog/walk on the oval or bike path or use the old city beach/lake. There is also a free basketball court, tennis court, grills, and playground on Flynn Ave.
