"Dogs are welcome in this complex, and there are plenty of stations where you can find plastic dog mitts and disposals. "
  • Trulia User
"During the summer the commute can become difficult due to visitors. During the rest of the year things run pretty smoothly. "
  • Nxnb27ksh5
"I love living here, the neighborhood is very quiet the streets are very well maintained, we’ve got public transportation and very good entertainment places all around "
  • Trulia User
"The proximity to the beach is fantastic. We’re close to incredible food, decent shopping, and just a short drive or train ride from Asbury Park or Red Bank, and several other popular beach towns. People mostly keep to themselves, but not in a rude way. "
  • Trulia User
"Near pier village, close to the beach, family community, diverse and inclusive to all the community. Near the train easy access to the city. Lots of parks and has a volunteer first aid squad in the area. Near two hospitals. Good schools"
  • Trulia User
"Just moved here, but I’m a huge fan of my neighbors. They’re the perfect combo of friendly without being nosy. Very pet friendly, and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Mexican food here is incredibly authentic."
  • Willjammm
"Fairly easy for the most part. Certain times and weekends get congested but other than tourist traffic fairly easy"
  • Karina P.

"Long Branch is a lovely beach town. It’s been developing more rapidly than I would like in the last decade or so, but overall it is a nice place to live."
  • Themoreyouknow
"Schools are awful, as a former student at the age of 24 now I wished for years that my parents would take me out. Terrible kids, parents, town is not popular for kids or safe. "
  • Yasmin H.
"I see dogs being walked all the time and they seem friendly they can walk there dogs where ever they wants "
  • Theresa M.
"its quite and if you want fun pier Village is two blocks away. relatively clean property but Management doesn't keep on top of addressing issue once they arise."
  • Catherinecole44
"It’s not as convenient as NYC was. You’re food and delivery choice’s are extremely limited. The walkable is really bad since the City doesn’t really repair or monitor the sidewalks at least in West End Long Branch. It’s a very safe area though. I’m completely comfortable walking around at all hours."
  • Egarcia1281
"I was born and raised in Long Branch. The neighborhood is very friendly and if you get to know people they will look out for the neighborhood. "
  • Amy
"The ability to walk to the beach, restaurants and have wonderful neighbors. Quiet too even in the summer!"
  • Danis C.
"I like because I have nearest everything ( hospital, supermarkets, train station, beaches, restaurants, I feel safe y confortable "
  • Nearriagada
"very different sides of town and there's some high end development along the beach front. it's a beachfront resort town so parking is impossible in the summer "
  • Jonnygonz89
"The town is extreme. In that, it seems difficult following any trends in Long Branch. You have the rich and poor at every other house, which is okay.. but lacking a middle ground. A LOT of tourists as well as new yorkers renting or owning summer properties half the year. A college town with a university! At best mediocre night life and entertainment. Terrible traffic. I grew up a few miles from here. It's congestion is ever growing but it's a good deal. Or is it? "
