"We have had no issues with safety in this neighborhood for the past 3 years we have lived in it. No stolen packages. Neighbors are very friendly, the nearby park is nice, proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is extremely convenient, and itโ€™s all very family friendly. Sidewalks are uneven, but thatโ€™s literally my only complaint."
