There is off street parking next to the apartment.

Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy.

Cats are allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet deposit.

There is a $30 application fee for the CHOSEN APPLICANT ONLY.
