About this House

BETTER THAN NEW? EVERYONE CLAIMS THAT...THIS ONE ACTUALLY DELIVERS! Why wait months for new construction when you can own a home that's already been perfected? Built just two years ago, this beautifully upgraded 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 1,472 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space along with an oversized 3-car garage. From the moment you step inside, you'll appreciate the bright, open concept floor plan featuring granite countertops, a spacious kitchen island, luxury vinyl wood flooring, and a timeless tile roof. But what truly sets this home apart is everything the current owner added after construction, saving you both time and money. An owned solar system ($18k) transfers free and clear at closing, dramatically reducing monthly utility costs for years to come. Nearly $20k in additional upgrades include custom window blinds, a whole-house water filtration system, and a fully fenced backyard with chain-link fencing extending along the side yards. Need room for your toys? The east side of the property features a 12' x 26' RV carport with 9-foot clearance, complete with a double gate for easy access. Step into the backyard and you'll discover one of the property's most impressive features. Backing directly to a natural wash, you'll enjoy exceptional privacy and breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Hualapai Mountains and Peacock Mountains...a backdrop that's hard to find and impossible to build behind. Everyone claims their home is "better than new." This one actually delivers. With thousands already invested in premium improvements, energy-efficient ownership, and panoramic mountain views, all that's left to do is move in and enjoy. And when you're ready to explore beyond your front door, the 18-hole Valle Vista Golf Course and the community pool are just around the corner, making it easy to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle that has made Valle Vista one of the area's desirable communities. This isn't just a newer home...it's the complete package.

  • Anitalynriggins
"There are dirt hills to take your dogs to play in, they can dig, chase things. There are also dog parks within a 5-10 minute drive. "
  • Hkunz93308
"It’s lower income and not everyone can clean up their yards. There are several small businesses sprinkled around the neighborhood. We’ve been here five years and it’s been pretty peaceful."
  • Veronikajoleedunbar
"Just visited the area. I would like visit again in the near future. Thank you. Have a great day!!!!!"
  • Hkunz93308
"There’s a huge “hotrod” crowd, not just the ones in the magazine, but cars that people have kept alive by the residents. Mild climate relative to Phoenix and Denver."
  • Anitalynriggins
"A lot of people walk their dogs, kids ride their bikes, and it’s been a pretty safe neighborhood. There are a lot of dogs that bark all night"
  • Anitalynriggins
"People walk their dogs all the time here, I do actually see kids riding their bikes and playing, or selling lemonade on the corner"
  • Joni Sharp
"Very quite safe area, we all watch out of each other. Been here over 6 years and have the best neighbors ever. "
  • Trulia User
"my neighborhood is well maintained. there are stores nearby and good job opportunities. also there are sports available for children."
  • Cynthia T.
"I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
  • Edie I.
