We are asking $950.00 rent and a required Deposit of $800.00 - There is an application fee of $35.00 for 1 Adult and $50.00 for 2 Adults - UPON APPROVAL - We do provide a stove. We do not provide a refrigerator. No pets are allowed ( Our Apologies )

 We do have a few small Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate.
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay. ( HUD- We will need the piece of paper that has the bedroom count/unit size uploaded )
3.) Lastly, A copy of your I.D.

We Strongly Advise that you ride by the property before you apply! ~ We have other properties. We are rent affordable for all family sizes. We are located @ 3269 Terry Rd. Jackson Ms. 39212 -
