Great house for working singles, couples, and small families. 100% pet friendly with interview process and refundable damage deposit. 2 bedrooms, recently upgraded living room and kitchen, hardwood floors throughout with exception of play room/sunroom addition (carpet). HUGE back yard, great green grass surrounding the house.

Credit approval required, showing/screening for qualified individuals - this is my primary residence that I am looking to find exceptional tenants to live in and care for as I have for the last few years. The terms are flexible as my occupation allows for it, and in addition to the above options on lease length, the property can be made available as semi-furnished (for shorter term) or completely empty.
