Rent includes sewer, water and garbage. Other monthly utility expenses are very low in cost. This home is safe and efficient...smoke alarms, brand new gas high efficiency E-Star rated furnace, brand new gas E-Star rated water heater. The majority of the home was re-wired, re-plumbed and remodeling in 2010. Very high ceilings. The home is on a nice corner, double lot with nice yard.
