1,900 square foot home with four bedroom, 2 baths, 2 large living areas, laminate flooring, gas stove, dishwasher, new microwave hood, new refrigerator and drought tolerant landscaping in a great neighborhood. Primary bedroom has walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. Also include washer and dryer hook-ups, walk-in pantry, as well as solar panels and smart thermostat for reduced energy costs. Located close to St. Agnes, Kaiser Permanente, Riverpark, Woodward Park and Fresno State.

I will stop taking applications by 5 pm on 25 September. Chosen candidate should be ready to move in by the 1 October.

1 year lease. First month and deposit due at signing.

Tenant is responsible for Pest Control, Lawn Service and Utilities, Water, Trash and will need to have renters insurance to cover cost of personal belongings.
