"I've lived at Stoneridge for seven years. It's a great, quiet location and our current property manager is always on top of things. It does take a very long time to have maintenance issues addressed. I do enjoy living here!"

"I have enjoyed my time renting at Stoneridge Apts. They are in a safe and relatively quiet location on the outskirts of the city, with just a quick drive to downtown and easy access to the highway. Management has improved over the years, and our property manager Levi is personable and communicative where it counts."

"The management here has been very vocal and helpful recently and really great with answering questions and answering the phone when needed. Would recommend this place to any of my friends! You can also call security any time you need it. "

"This place has been very good to me. I have rented for at least 5+ years. they are quick to fix any problems that araise. maintenance on the place was been kept up. For example they have repaved the parking lot. "

"I have loved living at South Valley Apartments. They are located in a very safe, quiet, and convenient location. They are very well priced comparatively. I like the fact that the complex is gated. They have also been recently renovated and look very nice. Maintenance has been pretty timely, and they have communicated very well regarding that. Amy is very communicative as well. She will send out messages about people losing pets asking for help to find them, maintenance going on, etc. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments for anyone looking. "

"This is my first year being here. Except for the construction next door, it's been very quiet and peaceful place to live. I haven't had to use maintenance, which is nice. The only thing I might change is improving the quality of building materials inside the apartments. None of my doors sit square in the frames except the front door. "

"Lots of dog friendly people but some people let their dogs and cats out loose with supervision and even though they’re usually friendly good dogs if you’re dogs aren’t super friendly or well trained might not be good to live in this area there are a lot of stray or lost dogs and cats as well "
