The apartment is located in the Upper Union street area with just a short walk to the Rose Gardens and Central Park.

This apartment is environmentally friendly and should only be looked at by individuals with a 'green' mindset. The apartments use highly-efficient and clean natural gas for heat. All lights throughout the house use LEDs only. The goal for this house is to reduce its overall gas, electricity and water usage... all while saving money and helping the environment. The house commits fully to recycling and reducing overall waste.

The rent is $1125 plus heat and electric. It includes a washer/dryer in the basement, water, garbage and recycling, and free off-street parking. I am looking for a responsible and quiet tenant...GE Friendly!! I work at GE and live nearby. No Smokers or Pets are allowed.

The Union College campus is gorgeous and offers free movies and concerts every week during the academic year. The area also has a very active community of poets and writers. "

    "Proximity to Union College makes this a safe area, free of serious crime. I love walking to the library, PO, shops, and restaurants. And the neighboring college campus is gorgeous. Is there student silliness? Yes, sometimes... but there's also a wonderful mix of people of all ages and I enjoy attending college films, concerts, etc."
