I'm a 68-year-old respectful Navy veteran who lives in my own space, with a living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom attached to the main house. I typically use only the kitchen and laundry room in the main house. I spend a lot of time at my home in the north during the summer. I have a friendly, quiet Chihuahua. This eastside home is fully furnished, including a small workout area and new kitchen appliances. Your bedroom is furnished, and your bathroom is across the hall. The 3rd room is for storage or a guest room. The price includes rent, utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, an alarm system, WiFi, separate cable, a washer, and a dryer. Just bring your stuff and move in!

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "
