Three year old single family house, 3bed/2bath house in Gilroy, 1200 sqft. Quiet and Great location on a big farm.
We built three brand new manufactured houses on our farm, two houses are used by our farm workers. We had one available for rent, family works in farming, nursery, agriculture has first priority. Renter pays all utility, electric and gas from PGE, trash service, water is from our domestic well. Deposit $3000, pets ok with extra deposit.
