"There is a neighborhood potluck every year. There are periodic meetings at the police substation and with city leaders, as well as VIP. We have a "mass" garage sale every year. "

"Great neighbors, the best I've ever known! We love our neighborhood! We love the true feeling of being far away from a city but with all the convenience of being right in the thick of it! IMO, We live in the most livable neighborhood in Dallas with neighbors who actively care about each other! What a blessing!"
