Rent - $1350 includes wireless internet access, all utilities except telephone, and use of a free washer and dryer. Security deposit - $1000. Credit check fee - $25. Plenty of street parking and a free public parking lot next door. Close to many downtown restaurants, city hall, the county courthouse, and county administration building. Generally quiet, especially at night. Available now, with a one-year lease. No smoking/vaping; no pets except fish and birds. No section 8 housing vouchers. Applicant must have fair credit and verifiable monthly income at least $2800. If interested, please call (preferable) or email/text general information about yourself.
