This unit includes one large room with kitchen corner and one bathroom with shower.
The studio, with its own locked entry door, is in a separate building behind our historic home, a former bed and breakfast inn, in downtown Fairfield. It is reached through a side gate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the unit is secure, one block from the police department. This nice room was the honeymoon suite in the '80's when this property was a bed and breakfast inn. The unit is approximately the size of a two-car garage.

parking pad for a compact car next to the studio (Larger vehicles would need to park on the street.)

Basic cable TV is available for an additional $30.

Available for move-in Oct. 1, with a one-year lease. No smoking/no pets except fish and birds. Security deposit: $1000. Credit check fee: $25. APPLICANT MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND VERIFIABLE MONTHLY INCOME OF $2800+.
