Home Beautiful! This home is meticulous and it offers hardwood floors throughout the first floor with the exception of the kitchen, which is ceramic. The living room has a bay window and all the windows are approximately 6 years young. The large, eat-in kitchen has been updated and all the appliances will remain with the house. The master bedroom is on the second floor and is very large, offering a half bath with a pedestal sink. Both bathrooms have been updated in the last few years. There is a partially finished rec room in the basement, along with glass block windows and a utility area with plenty of storage. The basement was waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing and carries a transferable lifetime warranty. The roof was a complete tear off in 2011 with 30 year architectural shingles. Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "

People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
