"We moved here 4 years ago and are friends with more neighbors than we have in any other place we have lived in before. People stop and talk here. Most people are active in this city, biking, walking dogs and water activities. We can get to most everywhere in 8 minutes. It’s our joke now. The cobble stone streets and live oaks make the area charming. People care about their property and neighbors. The area is central to the beach and to downtown. It is a very desirable location."

"The area is great! Right off of the Pinellas Trail. Mixed homes like everywhere else in Saint Petersburg. In time this area will really pick up - many bungalow style homes built in the 1920s in the area. "
