Kitchen with quartz countertops and newer stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings in living room. Laminate flooring throughout (tile in bathrooms). Cement pad and electric for hot tub if you bring one, patio & fire pit for enjoying the privacy fenced back yard, storage shed.

Up to 2 pets considered with additional pet deposit of $300 per pet. No monthly "pet rent"!

Rent includes seasonal yard service and twice yearly HVAC service. You are responsible for all other utilities. House is pretty energy-efficient; electric/gas bill for us (2 people) was rarely over $200 in the hottest and coldest months, and averaged more like $130 over the 3 years we've lived here.

We are responsive local landlords who have lived at this home ourselves. We are committed to taking excellent care of you and building a great long-term relationship. We are seeking one year+ non-smoking tenants with a history of taking good care of their home, communicating problems or concerns promptly, and reliably paying rent on time.

Applicants with a minimum credit score of 600, no prior evictions or bankruptcies, and excellent rental references are invited to apply. Renters insurance is required.

Nonsmoking property. Up to two dogs welcome with a pet deposit and a meet & greet. Parking for up to four vehicles (2 car garage, 2 driveway spots, & street parking in front of the house). We provide seasonal yard service and twice yearly HVAC service, you are responsible for all utilities (city water/sewer/trash, gas/electric provider is Dominion Energy, and internet/phone/TV).

Security deposit in the amount of one month's rent ($1750) & signed contract required to reserve.

First month, one-time nonrefundable $250 cleaning fee & fully refundable pet damage deposit ($300 per pet) due on move-in.

We are A+ responsive local landlords looking for A+ tenants which means responsible, respectful treatment of the property, honest & communicative, and a history of reliably paying on time.

Taking applications until April 15th and scheduling home walkthrough and interview for applicants meeting our minimum criteria beginning April 19th.

Available unfurnished for move in June 1, 2025 for a 12 month lease, and available ongoing to excellent renters. We hope to establish a long-term mutually beneficial relationship where this property can be a stable & comfortable home for you for as long as you wish to stay!
