2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am currently a junior at this school. I have received straight A's for the past two years but that cannot make up for the horrible experiences I have had to endure at Palm Beach Lakes High School. I moved to Florida during the global pandemic and was enrolled in my district's school. I was enrolled at Palm Beach Lakes High School during my sophomore year and I was virtual so I didn't have to struggle with the principal or have problems with my teachers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for my junior year. I have had to deal with a principal that believes that by yelling and punishing he can get his point across. Additionally, he does not care to listen to the students' perspectives and only handles out ISS (In-School Suspension) or Suspensions. Every morning he takes 15 minutes to give announcements about the same thing over. Additionally, he likes to call his students "fools." I have witnessed upfront how the teachers and staff truly fear him because they cannot afford to lose their job during this economic crisis. I'm not asking for the school to be closed down, but I just want a change in leadership, a principal who truly cares about his students and not his reputation and paycheck.Student Review2y ago - Bear Lakes Middle School

Morning car drop off line is long, expect at least ten minutes in line and you my be late if you try to get there on time. on a positive note he has learned a lot of new knowledge.Parent Review1y ago - Village Academy On The Art & Sara Jo Kobacker Campus

"A manageable, safe, organized, non crowded, clean, modern - downtown setting. There are countless restaurants to please every palate. There are events for every lifestyle wanted and against what people may think - West Palm Beach is very affordable. There are very pricy, ritzy areas but they don't constitute the entire city. Great place to call home! "
