"The commute is not ideal I am looking to move to republic mo closer to work, other than that Springfield is not a bad place to live as long as you stay on the south side"
  • Jfenton
"Short, low traffic, soothing before a work day. Love to see the hot homeless people panhandling. Stay classy "
  • Darla
"We’ve lived here for 23 years. My boys loved being so close to Kickapoo, plus we are close to the mall, the hospital, the theater, and easy access to the expressway. "
  • Edwina917
"We have several people who walk daily with their dogs and most of us love to say Hello as we pass each other 💖💖"
  • Bedeal0818
"Neighbourhood welcomed family's with pets, walkers, and runners. Low traffic, you can walk in the neighborhood or there is a good walking path near by."
  • Fitnessfreak
"It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves but are also friendly and neighborly. Easy access to the highway, the mall, Walmart, target, the hospital... really not that bad of an area. Seems to mostly be older adults or young families. Police patrol frequently and crime is pretty low. "
  • RickyDoza
"I don't know how i feel about the area my car got stolen recently in the area. thought it was nice but have had multiple times where police have been in the area due to shootings"
  • Fitnessfreak
"It’s a great neighborhood to live in. There’s basically everything you could need within walking distance; restaurants, sports bars, laundry, gas station/c-store, Walmart. Crime rate is low and the neighbors are friendly. "
  • Josmitty1228
"I've been here 1 year. its ok. people are kind of friendly and there are a lot of dogs. the neighborhoods around a rent too bad bc its a school zone"
