About this House

For rent a nice, recently remodeled, basement apartment. Two nice bedrooms. A separate walk-out entrance to a large covered patio. All utilities and internet included. House is on a half-acre lot with a completely fenced yard. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet with organizers. The family room area has new carpet. The kitchen and dining area flooring is a combination of tile and hardwood.

The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Apartment has gas and electric hookups for dryer and washer. If you need a set, they will be provided. You can use your own if you'd like.

The house is ideally located: it's close to the freeway and shopping yet in a nice residential area. The common door between it and the rest of the house has a deadbolt on the renter's side. Dimensions are approximate... there's lots of room!

The house will be available on December 1, 2018.

A note about pets in the house... I will allow, at no extra cost, an out-door only dog/cat. The covered patio offers shelter from wind and stormy weather. My current tenants have a beautiful Husky-Malamut mix who's been fine outside for more than two years. However, NO INDOOR PETS. Please don't ask if I'll make an exception... the answer is 'Sorry, no.' My family's allergies to pet hair is intense. So while I like them, I can't have them inside.
