Monthly rent includes full use of fully furnished house including kitchen necessities, all utilities (extreme overages may be passed through), and HOA fees.

Location: Suncrest. Benefit from living above the inversion layer. 5-7 minutes drive to "Silicon Slopes" on Lehi side and 5 minute drive to valley on Salt Lake City side. This is a Mecca for mountain bike riders and hikers. About a 30 minute drive on average to base of cottonwood canyons for skiing.

Owner pays all utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, trash, cable/internet) and HOA fees. Note: any HOA fines received for not following HOA rules (eg, keeping front and backyard free of materials or trash can placement outside of the accepted timeframe) will be passed on to tenant.

Garage parking for 1 and driveway area for 1. Extra parking available in designated street locations.

No smoking allowed.

There is a one time move-out cleaning fee of $300 collected with first months rent.

Tenant must inform landlord of any maintenance issues upon move-in and immediately if any should occur during stay to ensure the safety of occupants.

Tenant pays for screening/ background check.
First months prorated rent,deposit, and one time cleaning fee due upon signing lease agreement. Rent due no later than 1st of each month.
