Wake up and enjoy the panoramic whitewater ocean views from the upstairs bedroom/sunroom. Enjoy eating outdoors in the private, tropical backyard or on the balcony where you can catch the ocean breeze.

Upstairs sunroom has a king Murphy bed, jacuzzi, and ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs is a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Also downstairs is a queen bed. Both have views of the garden. A third bathroom is down the hall. Living room has peeks at the ocean. Family room (with cable TV), dining room, and kitchen are all connected via an open floor plan. Desk nook and spinet piano are also on this level.

Getting Around

This home is easily accessible to many of California's other great cities. The Solana Beach Station is about 8 blocks from the house. The Coaster commuter train goes from Oceanside to Downtown San Diego, and is a very convenient way to see Old Town and Downtown San Diego as well as Carlsbad and Oceanside. At the train's final southern stop, Downtown San Diego, you can take a ferry to Coronado, or go to Seaport Village, perhaps see the Modern Museum of Art, and barhop in the Gaslamp area.

Other Things to Note:

Our home has an electronic lock located on the front door. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions and access instructions, and a phone number for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available approximately 48 hours prior to check-in.

There is heating but no air-conditioning; as we are by the coast, cold air is rarely needed. Every bedroom has ceiling fans and opening the windows is sufficient to cool the house down.

Less than a week stay sometimes can be accommodated. Please inquire!

Owner pays for utilities. Pool/spa usage and fee negotiated at lease signing. No pets, no smoking allowed. No more than 6 month rental.
