Lovely triplex back studio apartment available immediately in Dayton's Bluff! Updated with new flooring and fresh paint, this unit is a cozy and affordable way to have your own space without breaking the bank.

This property is part of St Paul's 4D program, which is dedicated to providing affordable housing to low income tenants. To qualify for this property, your gross income must be less than $52,200 for a 1 person household and $59,640 for a 2 person household. OCCUPANCY FOR THIS UNIT IS LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE.

A one-year lease is required. We are happy to sign month-to-month leases after the year is complete. There is a $40 application fee per adult. The damage deposit is $795, with $300 due to be held upon submitting an application and the remainder due before move-in.

Tenant is responsible for paying electricity. All other utilities (water, heat, trash) and lawn care/snow removal are included in rent!

Up to one pet welcome. $250 non-refundable fee required, along with $20 a month pet rent.

Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer. Best to just avoid it all together if you’re looking at property here. "
