Need for improvement. Only healthy minds can concentrate on learning. Learning should be fun in the classroom and on the playground. Recess should be a time for relaxing and having fun before returning to the classroom. How can this happen when kids are physically hurt and bullied then expected to sit in a classroom and forget about it and learn with a clear mind.Thank you for listening.

"Our Neighborhood does the annual night out and also sometimes does block parties. It is the best neighborhood in Duluth in my Opinion. The schools are great also"

"I purchased a home in Congdon in 2016. It is a park like neighborhood filled with beautiful yards and homes. A great vantage point to access all areas of Duluth, Congdon is a paradisal location inhabited by ambitious families and a bounty of wildlife."

"Very nice area. Ridgewood Rd north of 34th Ave N and E 4th st was called Hidden Valley. Is part of the Congdon area, but borders Woodland. Decent walking distance to the schools. Many fond memories of the neighborhood before all the homes went up around 1986. "
