All three bedrooms have walk-in closets and the intirer house is pre-wired for cable. There is also a great fireplace with a mantel for hanging stockings on in the living room. All of the windows have drapes or curtains that are furnished with the unit as well. There is a good amount of storage throughout the house and a large proper dining room in the middle of the main floor. You will have a single car garage and parking in front of it so that two vehicles will be able to park on the property.

The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "
