Beautifully restored tri-level front unit with original hardwood floors, redwood door frames, and redwood trim throughout the house. An enjoyable Large kitchen with bountiful storage, a cozy nook style dining area, dishwasher, stove top, double oven, and refrigerator. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer , drier, and a utility sink. All appliances are furnished with the unit and the unit has a tankless water heater to satisfy all your needs. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets and the intirer house is pre-wired for cable. There is also a great fireplace with a mantel for hanging stockings on in the living room. All of the windows have drapes or curtains that are furnished with the unit as well. There is a good amount of storage throughout the house and a large proper dining room in the middle of the main floor. You will have a single car garage and parking in front of it so that two vehicles will be able to park on the property.

The initial lease is a one year term.
The electricity, gas, and cable are your responsibility.
I do not participate in the section 8 program.

The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. "

    "There is an Art Walk every second Sunday. I live in the Art district so there are paintings displayed everywhere. A lot of restaurants and a walk to the grocery store. Unique small businesses. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "
