Still have 10 acres of forest .Basically a true SURVIVAL place with all the comforts. 25 miles to Harrison ,35 to Branson,8 miles to Lead Hill for gas food ,Post office.

CHEAP to insure State Farm wanted $5600/year originally.The engineering of my building got me a 170 mph wind rating and being all steel etc wont burn, 40 yr paint guarantee and so forth. So Insurance is just $1654 /YEAR!!! True. I've built several of these metal homes and enjoyed great low maintenance and high comfort.GREAT RESALE too.
STATE FARM insured just the building for $463k. I own the entire subdivison.Im moving down to another lot that is 2 acres.Easier to take care of at my age!
