Great single family home, in central location , with easy 2 min freeway access ( I 80 and 700 East) Nice outdoor space with fenced and gated back yard patio. No smoking , no pets, pay all utilities ,1 year lease if approved. renters are required to maintain lawn , place has a sprinkler system that can be set, the tenants are responsible for clearing front walks and driveway from winter snow, also need to determine who mows the lawn , landlord can have it mowed if agreed to. Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars max. I am negotiable on any of these lease terms.
