Access to the freeway is just down the hill as is access to the Bruce Vento trail which will allow you to ride, blade or walk to Lake Phalen. New high efficiency furnace in 2018. Exterior painted in 2018. Brick patio installed in 2019.

Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer.
