Three-bedroom, two-bath main house in Reseda, approx. 1,850 sq ft, with a private fenced yard and attached garage / and driveway parking. On-site washer/dryer, central HVAC, and room for a garden. Approx. 3 miles to CSUN and the 101, with Sherman Way and Reseda Blvd covering groceries and daily errands. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping/gardening.
Good credit and proof of income required.
One-year lease, and one month of deposit.
No smoking indoors. One-year lease.
There is a separate guest house on the property with its own entrance, fenced off from the main house. It is not included in this lease.

There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."
