This 3-bedroom remodeled and newly-furnished freestanding home is located on a greenbelt in Ironwood Country Club. It offers great golf course and mountain views from its elevated setting, which overlooks the pool/spa.

The house features 3 bedrooms, each with its own connected bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed and 55" TV, with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King-size bed and 55" TV, with a bathtub. The office/den has a Queen-size bed and walk-in shower.

A golf cart is included.

Located in the most desirable area of the desert, South Palm Desert, Ironwood Country Club is a 24-hour guard-gated community with community pools throughout. Ironwood Country Club is in close proximity to an array of restaurants, upscale shopping and a renowned art scene on famed El Paseo, the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert."

When you rent with Desert Dwelling, you can expect to arrive at a property that is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out. Your kitchen will be fully-stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay, which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. This list is only intended as a starter kit; if you run out of consumables, then you must purchase additional items yourself.

We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus hand towels and wash towels.

Electricity is not included from May through October.

    "Oh wow, there are so many! Water aerobics and pickleball meet ups in the community pool and pickleball court three times a week are great, aswell as crafting at the clubhouse twice a month. My favorite however is the Domani neighbourhood garage sale followed by lunch at the clubhouse, but I cant forget to mention the bingo nights, halloween, labor day residents pot luck and chili cook off contest and so many more monthly get togethers. "
