    "Supposedly it’s an H.O.A. but it feels more like a regular neighborhood. There’s a few perks to living this close to the downtown area. It’s always nice to go over there and see the beautiful sights Sarasota has to offer. It’s a very troubling matter for some people living here, that airplanes will fly directly overhead frequently. Due to the neighboring airport (Sarasota/Bradenton) airport. Other than that it is fairly quiet and well spaced out. Those are the main good qualities. "
